Dr. Xuanming Yang, Tumor Biotherapy Expert
Yang Xuanming, tenured associate professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai Oriental Scholar. He received a bachelor's degree from Peking University in 2002, a doctorate degree from the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2009, and completed postdoctoral training at the University of Chicago. He won the first prize of Beijing Science and Technology Award, and the 2014 Cell Press China Annual Paper Award. The research direction is tumor immunology and tumor immunotherapy, including the study of immune promoting and immunosuppressive factors in the process of traditional tumor treatment, so as to optimize the combination plan of traditional treatment and immunotherapy; explore and discover new types of T cell functions in the tumor microenvironment Regulatory factors and their mechanism of action; development of new adoptive T cell immunotherapy. He has published many papers in mainstream international journals such as Cancer Cell, Science Translational Medicine, Cell Host & Microbe, and PNAS.
